You will receive a tracking of your order once it is shipped by email.

Return policy
​
You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return the item that does not suit you. Make your return request by email to the following address: contact@gloirefrance.com. You will need to indicate your order number, provided at the time of purchase.
These conditions must be respected in order to receive a refund:
The item in question must be in its original condition, with its tag attached. No signs of wear must be present on the goods.

Returns are free from mainland France, we will send you a return slip via email once your request has been approved.
Outside of France, returns are made at your expense to the following address: 30 Rue Tapis Vert, 13001 Marseille, FRANCE. Note that Gloire France is not responsible for returns made in this way, so be sure to choose a reliable carrier.

Pack the item in its original packaging then print and attach the slip to the packaging. Head to a post office and drop off the package.
You will receive a full refund of the price of the item (excluding transport costs) once the product has been verified, and the return conditions have been met.
